PARTIES OF 9 GUESTS OR LESS
Reservations are available 14 days in advance through Resy.com. Please keep in mind when booking, we can only accommodate the number of guests booked. We are not able to accommodate extra guests without prior notice. To inquire about changing a party size, please call us after 3p, Monday through Saturday to speak with a host or manager.
PARTIES OF 10 TO 21 GUESTS

Parties of this size require the following criteria:
– Signed contract with valid credit card to hold the reservation 72 hours prior to booking. Parties without a signed contract will not be honored. Failure to show up for the booking will result in a full charge of the agreed party price.
– Our reservation time for this size party is 7:30p, Monday - Saturday.
– Parties above 10 guests may be sat at 2 or 3 tables next to each other.
– The cost is a $75 per person minimum charge. The party may order any selection of food and beverage from our menu. If the minimum per person charge is not reached, Hop Alley will add the additional amount to reach the minimum.
– To serve you best, we require an initial pre-order for the food menu prior to the event. Additional food may be ordered during the dinner as well. Menu is subject to change based on availability. Menu will be confirmed 72 hours in advance.
– Beverage may also be pre-ordered, but not required.
– Each party includes a 25% service charge in lieu of tip. Additional tip is at the guests’ discretion and not required.
PARTIES OF 20 TO 41 GUESTS
We offer private buyouts in our secondary dining room. Please send an inquiry to reservations@hopalleydenver.com for availability with the following information:

Parties of this size require the following criteria:
– Signed contract with valid credit card to hold the reservation 15 days prior to the event. Parties without a signed contract will not be honored. Events can be canceled 72 hours prior to the date. Events canceled within 72 hours of the event will result in a full charge.
– Private parties are available any day of the week, Monday through Saturday with flexible start times.
– For seated dinners, we can accommodate up to 41 guests. Seating is a combination of booths, banquets, tables and counter seating.
– For buffet style dinners, we can accommodate 35 seated guests. If firm seating assignments are not required, we can be flexible on the size of the party.
– Leading up to the event, a manager will discuss food and beverage selections to best serve your party. Our menu changes seasonally, but we will cater items that best suit your tastes. Menu is subject to change based on availability. Menu will be confirmed 72 hours in advance.
– Estimated Pricing for this option is as follows:
Monday - Wednesday: $4500 excluding tax and 25% gratuity
Thursday - Saturday: $6700 excluding tax and 25% gratuity
Additional tip is not required and at the guests’ discretion

PARTIES OF 50 TO 90 GUESTS

– Leading up to the event, a manager will discuss food and beverage selections to best serve your party. Our menu changes seasonally, but we will cater items that best suit your tastes. If a menu tasting is required, we are happy to host. Menu is subject to change based on availability. Menu will be confirmed 72 hours in advance.
