Our Chef’s Counter brings a completely new experience to Hop Alley. The menu is singular to the six seats and is not available in the main dining room. We offer a nightly 9 course tasting menu that takes inspiration from multiple cuisines, local suppliers, seasonal produce and progressive techniques. An optional wine pairing, cocktails and non-alchoholic beverage menu is also available for purchase.

The Chef’s Counter is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning at 5p. Reservations are available 21 days in advance. We can accommodate certain dietary restrictions and allergies, please contact us at least 14 days in advance.

Hop Alley’s daily menu is not available at The Chef’s Counter.
